Jasper is a sweet chocolate snowflake colored male. He recently turned 3 years old, which is considered senior aged due to hedgehogs living 3-5 years on average. He currently has no known health issues, besides some frayed ears which are common in older hedgies and purely cosmetic. He eats well, is a healthy weight, and loves his wheel. But it's common for issues to pop up as hedgies get older so any adopter of a senior hedgehog should know of an exotic vet nearby and be financially capable of getting him any medical care he may need. He was originally a pet store purchase so his background is unknown. 
He has a good temperament and relaxes very quickly. While he could be handled by a beginner, due to his age we think he'd do best with somebody who is experienced with hedgehogs - or with somebody who works in the veterinary field. 
His adoption fee is just a $30 donation to our rescue vet fund.
